The company, founded in July 1983 by engineer Giancarlo Dall'Olio, actively took its first steps in Osteria Grande (BO), where the operational headquarters were located, beginning a profitable promotional activity in the Marche and Abruzzo regions.


After a few years, the company's continuous growth and the need for careful customer assistance required the relocation of the operational headquarters to the heart of Bologna and the opening of an office in Fermo (AP). 


Today our company offers accurate and timely consultancy, covering the Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, Veneto and Marche regions in a capillary manner thanks to the 'historical' offices in Bologna and Fermo and the recent decentralised offices in Milan, Modena and Città di Castello (PG).


We have been operating for more than 30 years, in Italy and abroad, in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property, relying on consultants enrolled in the Order of Italian Industrial Property Consultants, in the Register of Accredited Consultants at the European Patent Office (E.P.O.) and at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, Spain. 




We advise and assist our clients on Italian patent filings, European and international patent filings, as well as trade mark and ornamental design filings, using experienced correspondents, and on national and international prior art searches between patents, trade marks and ornamental designs. 


We also provide technical opinions supported by prior art searches on possible infringement, in Italy and abroad, of third party designs. We are also able to provide precise and careful technical-legal assistance with regard to infringement actions, precautionary measures, merit cases, etc.
