Davide Montanari

He joined Invention in 1998. He mainly works in the writing and prosecution of Patent applications both in Italy and abroad, up to granting, opposition and appeal procedures, patent searches, opinions on patent validity and infringement, freedom to operate, technical consultancy in court proceedings relating to the validity and/or infringement of Italian and European patents.

Education: Science High School Diploma; Degree in Electrical Engineering.
