Christian Dall'olio

Gained a Diploma (full marks) in Electronics and Telecommunications in 1998. Graduated with top grade in 2004 in Electrical Engineering.

Started work at Invention in 2004. In 2010 he attained the qualification of European Patents Attorney, by passing the EQE (European Qualifying Examination). In 2015 he attained the qualification of Italian Patents and Designs Attorney. In 2018 he qualified as a Attorney before the Unified Patent Court.

He writes Italian patent applications, performs analyses and writes responses to Office Actions before foreign Patent Offices, carries out patent searches, writes non-infringement opinions, and oppositions to European Patents.

He has, furthermore, gained wide-ranging experience in patent legal actions, as court expert in the Industrial Property Section of the Bologna Law Court.
