Annamaria Fornaciari

Anna Maria completed her Diploma in Industrial Physics in 1989. In 1995 she graduated in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Bologna.

In 2006 she attained the qualification of Italian Patent Attorney. In 2013 she added the qualification of European Patent Attorney, after having passed the EQE. She joined the team at Invention in 2008, after having worked in Chemical companies as a quality manager, development of industrial property manager and manager of toxicology and safety. 

Anna writes Italian patent applications, performs analyses and search reports and responds to Italian and Overseas’ Office Actions, non-infringement opinions, for evaluation of the requisites of patentability and interference, and oppositions to European Patents.
