After obtaining a University Diploma in Electronic Engineering at the University of Ancona, she joined Invention in 1999. She also obtained a bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 2002. Her work mainly in the area of consultancy on patent and design filing and in all related technical-legal aspects, at Italian, European and international level. She deals with patent procedures in Italy, Europe and other foreign countries, from filing to the relative granting of a patent, mainly in the mechanical and industrial automation fields, with particular reference to processes and machines for manufacturing footwear and cutting machines and systems. She is also active in writing opinion on non-infringement and evaluation of the requisites of patentability. She has also gained experience in the trademark sector, particularly in relation to the development of trademark protection strategies in Italy and abroad.
