Having graduated in Environmental Engineering at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, she joined the team at Invention in 2016.
Her work is mainly in the area of consultancy in filing patents and designs and in all the connected technical and legal aspects, in Italy, the Community and on the international stage.
Simona concentrates on Patent procedures in Italy, Europe and other foreign countries, from filing to granting of a patent, mainly in the mechanical and industrial automation field, with particular reference to processes and machines for packaging and conveying, to machine tools and heating systems.
Other areas covered are those relating to technologies for primary and secondary recycling, to road safety systems and elements for the motor industry and textile processing.
She is also active in opinion writing on non-infringement and evaluation of the requisites of patentability as well as patent searches.
